Commencement of Collaboration | University of Nicosia – Future Academy of Arts
We are delighted to announce the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Nicosia (Department of Music & Dance) and the Future Academy of Arts, regarding the commencement of collaboration from July 2021.
The aim of the collaboration is the continuous upgrade of the study and examination program of Future Academy of Arts (FAoA), as well as the participation of students of various departments of the University of Nicosia (UNIC) in internship programs at FAoA.
Through this collaboration there will be, inter-alia, a significant contribution of the professors of the Department of Music and Dance of UNIC, in the continuous development and improvement of the quality of music and dance education offered to the students of Future Academy of Arts.
Furthermore, academic staff of the University will participate in the examination committees for specific levels of the Greek music examinations of our Academy, with the aim of providing consulting and substantially upgrading the examinations and the music education program of FAoA.
In addition, the graduates of our Academy have the opportunity to secure a scholarship for the music or dance study programs of the University of Nicosia, through the examinations conducted at Future Academy of Arts. More information can be found at the University of Nicosia website.
Finally, we would like to extend our gratitude to the Rector of the University of Nicosia, Dr. Philippos Pougioutas and the Head of the Department of Music and Dance of the University, Mrs. Dara Milovanovic, for their significant contribution to the beginning of this mutually beneficial and important collaboration.
